A questionnaire was used to collect data whose validity was confirmed by construct validity method, factor loadingand Cronbach's alpha reliability. Descriptive tests including mean and standard deviation, Bartlett's test, factor analysis, and path analysis were used to analyze the research data using the SPSS and Amos statistical software. Based on the research findings, the quality of services in digital libraries can be classified into four main factors: internal factor, external factor, third factor, and the quality of output services.
