Abstract :
The present study aimed to determine the tendency to use office communication technologies based on personality components and computer self-efficacy. The present study is a quantitative study in terms of the nature of the data collected, and is a correlational study in terms of method. The sample consisted of 184 persons (86 females and 98 males) from the staff of Kharazmi University who were selected through available sampling. NEO personality questionnaires, computer self-efficacy and attitude to office technologies were used to measure variables. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation), Pearson correlation test, and regression analysis. Findings of the study are: Technology attitude with neuroticism, age of subjects and their history have a significant negative correlation with extroversion, agreement, openness, conscientiousness and computer self-efficacy; computer self-efficacy with neuroticism, age test Their experience had a significant negative correlation with extroversion, agreement, openness, conscientiousness and technology attitude. Among the predictor variables, computer self-efficacy predicted 32% and conscientiousness 8% of the variance in attitude toward technology.
