The Mediating Role of Intelligent Decision Making in the Relationship Between Technological Flexibility and Team Reception

Abstract :
This research was conducted with the aim of studying the mediating role of intelligent decision-making in the relationship between technology flexibility and team reception. The research is applied in terms of the objective and in terms of the method of implementation, the structural equation modeling approach of the correlation-covariance matrix is oriented. The research population was all principals of elementary schools in Kermanshah province, and a sample of 320 people was selected from this population using proportional stratified random sampling based on Cochran's formula. The tools included technology flexibility, intelligent decision-making and team reception questionnaires, whose content validity was confirmed by experts. The reliability of the questionnaires was calculated through Cronbach's alpha for technology flexibility 0.91, intelligent decision making 0.95 and team reception 0.89. Descriptive analysis and inferential analysis techniques were used for data analysis using SPSS and LISREL software. The results showed that technology flexibility has a direct effect on team reception and intelligent decision making. Also, technology flexibility has an indirect effect on team reception through intelligent decision making.
