اثر امواج موبایل بر میزان هورمونهای استروژن، پروژسترون و بررسی تغییرات بافتی تخمدان در موش صحرایی تحت درمان با عصاره هیدروالکلی سیر (Allium sativum L)

Abstract :
مقدمه و هدف: امواج با صدمه به اندامهای جنسی منجر به اختلال در میزان هورمونها میشود. سیر بهمنظور کاهش عوامل خطرساز در ارتباط با بیماریهای مختلف مورد استفاده میباشد. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی اثر امواج تلفن همراه و مصرف سیر بر هورمونهای استروژن، پروژسترون و بررسی بافت تخمدان میباشد. روش تحقیق: 5 گروه موش صحرایی (8=n) استفاده شد: کنترل، شاهد (در معرض امواج با طول موج 900مگاهرتز)، گروه دریافت کننده عصاره و گروه های دریافت کننده عصاره و امواج. پس از 30 روز نمونهها وزن شدند و غلظت هورمونهای استروژن، پروژسترون اندازهگیری شد و تغییرات بافتی تخمدان بررسی گردید. نتایج و بحث: میانگین وزن در گروه های مختلف تفاوت معنی داری نشان نداد. اما پروژسترون در گروه II و III نسبت به کنترل افزایش نشان داد. بررسی بافت تخمدان در گروه های مختلف تغییرات چندانی را نشان نداد. توصیه کاربردی/ صنعتی: اگر چه امواج ماکروویو میتواند باعث کاهش وزن در نرها شود اما حضور آلیسین و ویتامین های A و B در سیر می تواند برخی از این وزن از دست رفته را جبران کند، که در مورد ماده ها چنین نیست. علاوه بر این، هر دو مایکروویو و عصاره سیر اثر کمتری بر روی سیستم تولید مثل ماده دارند، که تنها در غلظت پروژسترون سرم منعکس شده است.
