Study of the Seals of Achaemenid civilization and its common decorative themes with the Seals of Mesopotamia civilization and Ilam

Abstract :
Among the relics of previous eras, Seals and Seals impression have an important role in identifying the characteristics of ancient civilization and contain valuable information from various aspects. These works have characteristics in each civilization that are sometimes specific to the artists of the region and sometimes formed under the influence of neighboring nations and civilizations. The variety of Seals and Seals impression in each period is a sign of the development of culture and civilization of that period. Seals are one of the most important documents in recognizing civilization culture and art. In this research, we intend to study the motifs and themes used in the Seals of the Achaemenid civilization and in the next step, compare these motifs with the motifs of the seals of Ilam and Mesopotamian civilizations. The present study has been collected in a descriptive-comparative-analytical method and in a library manner and based on the study of information from the 14 Seals of Achaemenid civilization and 10 Seals and Seals impression the of Ilam and Mesopotamian civilizations and examines the question What are the characteristics of the Seals of Achaemenid civilization? And what are the common designs on the Seals of the three civilizations of Achaemenid, Mesopotamia and Ilam? The results show that many of the principles used in Seals and Seals impression are derived from the thoughts, beliefs and beliefs of ancient peoples, and some of them have long roots in nature and truth and are related to everyday Life.
