تقابل عوامل محیطی و ژنتیکی مؤثر بر کیفیت اسپرم در گاوهای نر هلشتاین ایران

Abstract :
هدف از این مطالعه، ارزیابی تأثیرعوامل محیطی و ژنتیکی مؤثر بر صفات کیفیت اسپرم، حجم اسپرم، جمعیت اسپرم در هر میلیلیتر انزال، کل جمعیت اسپرم در هر انزال، جنبندگی اسپرم تازه، تعداد اسپرم تازه جنبا در هر میلیلیتر انزال، کل جمعیت اسپرم تازه متحرک در هر انزال، جنبندگی اسپرم بعد از یخگشایی، تعداد اسپرم تازه جنبا در هر میلیلیتر انزال بعد از یخگشایی، کل جمعیت اسپرم زنده بعد از یخگشایی، تعداد پایت تولیدی در هر انزال و نسبت جنبندگی قبل و بعد از انجماد بود. از 83 گاو نر متعلق به دو مرکز آزمون نتاج نمونه خون و اسپرم تهیه و با استفاده از روش PCR_RFLP تعیین ژنوتیپ شدند. اثر فصل بر تعداد کل اسپرم متحرک بعد از یخگشایی (0075/0>P)، نسبت تحرک قبل و بعد از انجماد (0001/0>P)، تعداد دز اسپرم تولیدی (0247/0>P)، تحرک بعد از یخگشایی (0001/0>P)، تعداد اسپرم متحرک به ازای هر میلیلیتر انزال بعد از انزال (0012/0>P)، تحرک بعد از انزال (0001/0>P)، جمعیت اسپرم (0038/0>P) و حجم انزال (006/0>P) معنیدار بود اما، با صفات تعداد کل اسپرم (438/0>P)، تعداد کل اسپرم متحرک بعد از انزال (3606/0>P) و تعداد اسپرم متحرک بعد از یخگشایی در هر میلیلیتر انزال (1106/0>P) معنیدار نبود و اثر متقابل فصل اسپرمگیری با ژن هورمون محرک فولیکول تنها با حجم انزال (0435/0>P)، جمعیت اسپرم (0080/0>P)، تعداد اسپرم متحرک به ازای هر میلیلیتر انزال بعد از انزال (0117/0>P) و تعداد دز اسپرم تولیدی (0119/0>P) معنیدار بود. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که تقابل عوامل ژنتیکی و محیطی به طور قابل توجهی بر روی تولید اسپرم در گاوهای نر هلشتاین تأثیر میگذارند.
