اثر گروه ژنتیکی، فصل، اثر متقابل آنها، دما، رطوبت و شاخص دما-رطوبت بر رفتار نگهداری گاوهای نر داشتی

Abstract :
گاوهای نر داشتی نقش مهمی در توسعه دامپروری دارند. آگاهی دقیق از رفتار نگهداری گاوهای نر داشتی در مدیریت بهتر شرایط در مزارع پرورشی برای پشتیبانی از تقاضای صنعت تلقیح مصنوعی (AI) امری ضروری است. بدین منظور یک مطالعه مقایسهای روی گاوهای نر داشتی با هدف ارزیابی اثر گروه ژنتیکی، فصل، اثر متقابل گروه ژنتیکی × فصل، دما، رطوبت و شاخص دما - رطوبت (THI) روی رفتار نگهداری صورت گرفت. 25 گاو نر داشتی (5 گاو به ازای هر گروه ژنتیکی) در دو فصل (زمستان و تابستان) که در ایستگاه انجماد اسپرم نادیا، هارینگاتا (بنگال غربی)، هندوستان نگهداری میشدند، برای این مطالعه انتخاب گردیدند. تأثیر گروه ژنتیکی بر خوردن (05/0>P)، نشستن (01/0>P)، دراز کشیدن (01/0>P) و زمان خوابیدن (01/0>P)، تأثیر فصل بر نشخوار (05/0>P) و زمان نشستن (01/0>P)، تأثیر اثر متقابل گروه ژنتیکی × فصل بر دراز کشیدن (01/0>P) و زمان خوابیدن (01/0>P)، تأثیر دمای هوا بر آشامیدن (05/0>P) و زمان خوابیدن (05/0>P)، تأثیر رطوبت بر خوردن (01/0>P)، نشخوار (01/0>P)، نشستن (01/0>P) و زمان دراز کشیدن (01/0>P) و تأثیر THI بر زمان خوردن (05/0>P) و آشامیدن (05/0>P) معنیدار بود. گروه ژنتیکی، فصل، اثر متقابل گروه ژنتیکی × فصل، دما، رطوبت و شاخص دما-رطوبت تأثیری بر زمان ایستادن نداشتند. گروههای ژنتیکی مختلف پاسخهای متفاوتی در بیان زیرمؤلفههای مختلف رفتارهای نگهداری در دو فصل مزبور داشتند.
