تأثیر تزریق کبالت، مس و آهن در انتهای آبستنی بر فراسنجههای خونی میش و عملکرد برهها پس از تولد

Abstract :
این مطالعه به منظور بررسی تأثیر تزریق عناصر معدنی کبالت، مس و آهن در انتهای آبستنی بر فراسنجههای خونی و همچنین عملکرد و توان زندهمانی برههای متولد شده انجام شد. تعداد 20 رأس میش آبستن به دو گروه تقسیم شده و به گروه تیمار در روز 120 آبستنی، عناصر معدنی به مقدار 1/0 میلیلیتر به ازای هر کیلوگرم وزن بدن و به گروه شاهد همان مقدار سرم فیزیولوژیک تزریق شد. تزریق عناصر معدنی تأثیری بر فراسنجههای خون میشها نداشت. همچنین تفاوت معنیداری برای وزن تولد، دمای راست روده و وزن از شیرگیری برهها بین تیمارها مشاهده نشد. نمره زندهمانی شامل توان بلند شدن و شیرخوردن تفاوت معنیداری بین تیمارهای آزمایشی نداشت. به نظر میرسد که استفاده از مکملهای عناصر معدنی کم نیاز در انتهای آبستنی، تنها در شرایط کمبود این عناصر تأثیرگذار باشد.
