Abstract :
The increasing need to soil as the main aggregates in water projects and water supply channels and the lack of quality and the necessary geotechnical properties of soil in soil improvement today, all with the use of materials and additives are put into consideration. Modulus of elasticity indicates the amount of soil strain against a certain amount of tension. Whatever the value of this parameter is, the more dirt the stresses incurred will have less deformation. The aim of this research effect of modulus of elasticity and the density changes of cement and clay soil compressive strength is a problem. Clay soil samples in this research only and clay soil-cement mixing with 10% and the percentage of moisture in the density of the optimum, 85, 95 and 100 per cent were single-pivot about the test. The results of the experiments indicate that cement by adding elasticity modulus up to 420 times more and increase the elasticity modulus of cement, to shelf a few times (depending on the density) increased. As the density of the sample is, the more it is more greatly increased. Clay compressive strength of cement also has a 20 times increase.
