Abstract :
Introduction : Urinary tract infections are rarely dangerous killing disease is the most common of respiratory tract infection after infection. More than 85% of urinary tract infections in women by 90% the number of E.coilis reached. This study is the relationship with gender diseases in the city of Boroujerd and by the resistance of separated for the usual antibiotics, the patients are referred to treatment centers. method : In this study, 50 samples of Escherichia coli isolated from patients with urinary tract infection After recording the data in the questionnaire, using standard biochemical methods to detect and was purified. results: Of the 50 patients, 42 patients (84%) of patients were female and 8 patients (16%) of them were male, and all samples (100%) were susceptible to tobramycin and the highest resistance with 26 samples (52%) related to nalidixic the acid were investigated. Discussion : Notable in this study was that most patients were female gender and youth in their teens and Boroujerd were related to 1 area.Due to the increased secretion of sex hormones and sugar ,.because low levels of in this age and health conditions in the region. Conclusion: Open culture and health, and solutions to prevent the spread of bacteria and excessive use antibiotics are necessary
