For data analysis, descriptive statistics (mean and frequency) and inferential statistics (Chi-square, Mann-Whitney, Kruskal-Wallis and Spearman correlation) were used. Results and discussionThe findings of the Chi-square test show that, in the physical dimension, emerging residential buildings have changed the true meaning of native architecture and reduced the surface of the infrastructure, which is significant with an error value of 0/000. From an economic point of view, modernization affects the livelihoods of rural houses and is in some way effective in eliminating livelihoods in rural homes.ConclusionThe emergence of emerging housing in villages has changed the social concept of housing and led to the formation of single-family housing with a kayak value of 9/89 and a significant level of less than 0/05.
