Abstract :
The Study of Behavior in Work Environment, It is Important Cause of Importance Human power in Contrast with Other Interorganization Resource( Financial ,Informatic )Job Satisfaction is More Important Element for Behavior Assessments in organization .Haj&Ziart Organization is one of the most Important Organization in Cultrual Tourism in Iran. Type of This Study was Survey Study the Filed work,We Used Some method for Data Gathering (Questioner,Interviwe,Study the document). Our Results with Use of 11 Variable in Job Satisfication and Organization Behavior Show us some Variable Have not such as Age,Sex,marriage,Educational Group,Be native,Record of Job,Salary and Payment,Goodness-of-fit relation with Job Satisfication.Some Variable have Promotion Opprtunites,desirable Behaviour of Colleague,Facilities,Participation in Decision taking with Goodness- of-fit with job Satisfication. Results of this Study Will help for manager and Decision taking of Haj&Ziart organization for Relationship.Its Human Power in Field of tourism that with Employees faced with Tourists.
