Abstract :
Spatial structure of urban spatial processes result in the city. The concept of quality competitiveness , viability , desirability urban environment has a profound impact . Sustainable urban development is a dynamic process and that this process may cause unintended damage irreparable to the environment and man, a comparative study of the spatial structure of Rasht and Sari measures the spatial structure of the environment is stable. The purpose of research, applications -development from the perspective of the research, analytical-descriptive. Collecting information , documents and library studies based on detailed data plan Sari and Rasht Statistical Yearbook 1385 is the country. Research purposes Using SWOT, strengths, weaknesses , opportunities and threats of urban spatial structure has been analyzed . In terms of environmental sustainability indicators Sari comprehensive proposal for the state 's two largest cities , more than the stability of Rasht has led to sustainable . Finally, strategies for achieving a favorable situation presented.
