Abstract :
The purpose of the present study was to investigate the qualitative status of organizational development development as a competitive advantage in educational research centers in terms of applied purpose and in terms of method and method of implementation, qualitative studies and documentary survey method. The statistical population of the information sources (including books, articles and electronic resources) and all studies in the field of organizational intelligence between 1992 and 2017 at home and abroad that were available electronically, as well as written books In the context of organizational intelligence. In the study of texts, qualitative analysis of the text by deductive-inductive method and the method of the analysis of the content were used. The results of the research show that the idea of organizational intelligence has been presented in different fields of research in several decades. Despite the emergence of organizational intelligence in academic circles, there is still no clear definition of this, and few studies in this area do not address the many questions that exist in this area. Also, findings indicate that organizational intelligence has increased knowledge gains in organizations and increased the benefits of new competition, which can be an important step for improving the efficiency, effectiveness and efficiency of the organization.
