Analysis of Citizenship Teaching (Needs and Methods) at the West Tehran Tax Administration

Abstract :
One of the indicators of economic development in countries is the participation of citizens. One of the most important issues is the participation of citizens in paying taxes. In this research, an analysis of citizenship education to improve the popular participation in paying taxes at the Tehran Tax Administration has been addressed. Is. This study was carried out in a mixed way; in the qualitative section of the community, experts were specializing in citizenship education, participation and taxation, with a sample of 20 individuals targeted to experts in the field. The qualitative research tool has been semi-structured interviews. Qualitative analysis of open and selective coding was used. In a small part of the research, the statistical population is 384 attendants and 254 employees of the General Directorate. The random sampling method was a random sampling. And a small tool is a researcher made questionnaire. To assess the validity of the tool, an opinion was taken by experts and professors, which was confirmed by this. The tool was subjected to the implementation of 30 questionnaires and Cronbach's alpha, which is equivalent to 63.9. The data used in this study are exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, T test. SPSS software utilized the MonteCarloPCA program. The results of the study showed that 8 extracted factors - educational, cultural, managerial factors , Social, legal, economic, political, and technological, have been involved in the improvement and promotion of popular participation, which can be attributed to the promotion of popular participation in tax payments by teaching citizenship or by applying all of these factors and their underlying factors. Also, research findings There are six methods of teaching citizenship education. They also provided the best method for teaching scholars through university centers and educational centers.
