Abstract :
In today world, organizations must pay all their attention to their most important capital, knowledge. Human resources management of organizations is the nearest group to human inside the organization. A great part of knowledge is inside the human thoughts of the organization that knowledge management is responsible to capture and store this knowledge in knowledge bases. Meanwhile, the human resources unit is considered as an important and useful factor of managers of organization knowledge for the adjacency to organization members. This research aims at studying the role of knowledge management in determination of the essential strategies in human resources management. Thus, this research was conducted in 2018 by reviewing the domestic and foreign published references and articles about knowledge management and human resources management in data banks. The period to select the articles was 2015-2018. Studying the concepts and existed classifications about knowledge management show the extensive spectrum of ideas and views. However, the key point is that implementation factors of a knowledge management system can be different.
