Design a model for policy making of entrepreneurial Organization

Abstract :
Today, entrepreneurial organizations play an important role in moving the wheels of economic development because they are the key drivers of sustainable development and the core assets of an enterprise, innovators and owners of ideas. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to design a model for policy making of entrepreneurial Organization with economic development approach. The method of this research is sequential mixed because of the sequence of qualitative and quantitative method. In the qualitative part, the statistical population of this research is experts and management elites, experienced managers of the administrative system who were identified through semi-structured interviews with purposeful sampling method of 15 experts from the mentioned statistical community. In the quantitative section, the statistical population of this study was the heads of trade unions of Khorasan Razavi guilds with 850 individuals. The statistical sample was calculated using Cochran formula of 265 persons and simple random sampling method was used to collect data. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling technique and Amos software. Finally, the dimensions and components of the Entrepreneurship Organization, the factors associated with the Entrepreneurship Organization, and the obstacles and bottlenecks of the Entrepreneurship Organization were identified and the impact of each of these dimensions on the Entrepreneurial Organization's policies was confirmed
