Antecedents of the Impact of Electronic Human Resource Management on Knowledge Leadership (Case Study: Qazvin Tax Administration)

Abstract :
This paper examines the antecedents of the impact of e-HRM with knowledge leadership. Since the purpose of this study is to predict the impact of e-HRM with knowledge leadership, correlation method has been used. The purpose of this research is to apply the data collected through field research and library studies. This research is a descriptive correlational research. Statistical population is 489 people. Random sampling method was used for sampling. The sample size was determined by Cochran formula at 5% error level. Sample size was 215 persons. In this study, data collection tool was a questionnaire. Kendall and Spearman correlation tests were used to determine the correlation. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was also used to determine the normality of the tests. All statistical analyzes were performed by SPSS software. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between knowledge leadership style, learning, and supportive learning environment and between support of individual and group learning processes and the rate of using HR system.
