Abstract :
Abstract Background and purpose: entrepreneurship is a tool to recognize the opportunities that can be used to reduce the problems of a society and the contribution of women in this field has an upward trend. The purpose of this research is to design a model of women's entrepreneurship based on home jobs. Research method: The current research was a qualitative study and was conducted with the Foundation's data method. There were 19 participants in this research who were selected by purposive sampling method. The data collection method was semi-structured interview and the data were analyzed in three stages. The validity of the data was done using the verifiability method by the participants. Findings: Based on the findings, the central category of the model is structural, process, behavioral and developmental factors. pattern strategies including defensive, offensive, revision/adaptation, contingency and diversity; And the background conditions include husbandry, ecology and family environment. Causal conditions have personality-related categories such as cognitive, motivational, and behavioral factors; And factors related to business include customers, market, goods and work. Cultural, political, and economic conditions were determined as interfering categories and model consequences at the (individual, group, and social) level. Conclusion: The importance of women's entrepreneurship is because success in this field not only causes economic profit, but also creates social and cultural benefits in the society.
