Study of the status of knowledge translation in the Humanities in IRAN

Abstract :
Aim: Knowledge Translation is the process by which knowledge is transferred from the useless to the practice field. This study aimed to assess the state of knowledge translation among scholars in the humanities are accomplished. Methods: This study is a survey research - analytical tools used by the questionnaire were made based on knowledge translation model of disability and rehabilitation research, the U.S. National Institute designed and content and face validity as it has been measured. The present population is all the members of humanities departments across the country from different disciplines. Finding: The finding of this study showed that 8/61% of the members of the faculty of humanities research Origin Ks hvrvzyt, 6/56% of the content of their research, 3/66% of his field of study, 3/46% of his environment communication and 9/58% of their status in humanities knowledge translation has been assessed as moderate, and 4/73% of them have a poor general state of knowledge translation in humanities gained. Results: According to the humanities faculty of humanities of the visible products is that products are not visible to the human sciences. The idea for those who produce and transmit knowledge in the human sciences have a major role reflects the importance of knowledge translation in humanities. Humanities principle, despite a major role in changing the mind, the psyche and behavior of individuals when the practical issues are isolated. The isolation of the human sciences that are, irreversible damage to the inner hull makes the community. Psychological and social damage caused social Bysazmany and to continuously challenge the core values of their society.
