Abstract :
Management can be effective in various fields, but it can achieve the expected great achievements when this management is accompanied by jihadi components if the manager leads the organization with a jihadist approach, in addition to financial, non -financial goals, .In this regard, this research was conducted with the aim of identifying the dimensions and components of jihadi management. The research method is mixed. The statistical population of this research includes the elites and experts of the Martyr and Veterans Affairs Foundation. The selection of experts was done by purposeful sampling. 48 people who were eligible to participate in the study were considered as a sample. The required data were collected through a questionnaire tool. The hierarchical process is also used for ranking. There is meritocracy, work conscience, self-confidence), agreement and consensus. Ranking shows that the component of responsibility with the highest average rank is the most important component of jihadi management in order to implement the macro policies of the Martyr and Veterans Affairs Foundation, followed by the second most important component. Has it. The component of self-confidence is in the third place and finally the component of work and double effort is in the last place of importance
