Abstract :
Good governance in the organization is related to making decisions about the direction and provides a framework where all these goals and values are gathered together and by creating maximum convergence and alignment, development goals. to be Good governance should be participative, consensus-oriented, accountable, transparent, efficient and law-abiding, so that the urban management platform is based on It should be provided on participation and the necessity of such management is the presence of transformative leadership. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of transformational leadership behaviors on the promotion of good governance. The statistical population of the research is all the employees of Tehran Region 3, 280 of them were selected according to Morgan's table. The simple random sampling method and the reliability and validity of the tools using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, combined reliability and Confirmatory analysis, diagnostic validity and divergent validity have been examined and their results were acceptable. In an inferential analysis, correlation and structural equation method were used with SMARTPLS software and the results showed the dimensions of transformational leadership (ideal influence, intellectual stimulation, inspirational motivation and individual considerations) on the promotion of good urban governance. It has a positive and significant effect.
