Provide a model for organizational resilience in the banking network in the face of sanctions (Case Study: Export Development Bank)

Abstract :
The method that has been used in this study is an applied research method in terms of the purpose, a qualitative method considering data and it is a data-driven approach regarding the method for conducting research. The statistical population of this study in the qualitative section includes all experts and managers of the Export Development Bank of Iran in the year 1399 (Solar Hijri Calendar equals to 2019-2020). Considering the sampling method from the desired community, it was purposeful and Snowball sampling method. Based on this type of sampling method, 21 people were selected as the sample. Furtheremore, in the quantitative part, the population of this study was all employees of the branches of the Export Development Bank of Iran in the mentioned year (1399 SH) in a way that based on the Cochran's formula, 250 people were selected as the sample for this investigation. A data-driven approach was used for data analysis by using SPSS and AMOS software. The results of this study were about the validation of the organizational resilience model in the banking network in the conditions of sanctions. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the values of contextual factors, causal conditions, intervening conditions and strategies and interactions on organizational resilience.
