Abstract :
The present paper seeks to identify the interventional factors and influencing the participation of family institution in educational policies in the country, using the Quality of Database, based on the 'interview' tool. The research community of the research, experts and specialists in the field of educational policy and family (including educators in the field of education, as well as professors and professors in the field of policy and family), were among them 15 people with theoretical saturation and targeted sampling and bullet Snow were selected. The findings of this study indicate that there are many interventional factors in the ongoing phenomenon of 'participatory educational policy (with family participation) Restricted factors categorized '; But the contribution and effectiveness of 'causes and factors facilitator of participation' are significant, in proportion to 'causes and limiting factors', and the abundance of below has more categories; As interviewees, factors such as: redefining the role of stakeholders in education, structural developments - the organizational system of educational system, family alignment and educational system, as well as the approval of the rules and regulations of participation as factors facilitating, in contributing - the more family institution in educational policy It is involved, and at the same time, they acknowledged that some barriers and shortcomings in family, cultural, political and managerial areas, by creating constraints, has faced a family participation process in educational policy, including the lack of families for the Investigative role in educational policy, non-acquaintance and knowledge of policies, goals and educational programs, look at the top-down authorities to the educational system, inefficiency of the mechanisms in establishing interaction between family and educational system, the unwillingness of authorities and decision makers to delegate and divide Power in educational policy and Etc.
