Abstract :
There are evidences showing that Iranian students do not gain a good command of Persian language. One reason why is that the teacher training program is inefficient and requires revision. The present article, by examining the methods of teacher training in Iranian universities and teacher training centers, tries to provide a new framework, based on an interdisciplinary approach.
