Abstract :
this research compared the attitudes of college and high school athletes and coaches towards sports athletes, with equal number of males and females, completed the attitudes towards sports psychology questionnaire (Martin et. al., and college level athletes regarded sports psychology more positively than high-school athletes did. There was not a significant gender differences in attitude towards sport psychology. Possible applications of the results are discussed.
