Abstract :
Yeast probiotic of Aqualase includes Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Saccharomyces elipsoeidus. In this study, effect of Aqualase (1, 1.5, 2 g/kg of feed) was studied on 540 samples of wild common carp fingerling (weight average 10.9-13.8) during 60 days. Determination of weight and length were done every 10 days. The experiment showed that 1.5 g of Aqualase per kg of feed gave the best results on growth of fish (p<0.05). only, condition factor did nُ t show significant difference with the in compare of control (p>0.05). Survival of fish in treatment 1.5 g/kg was also better than others, but it was not significantly different (p>0.05). Median of growth length and growth weight of wild common carp fingerlings showed more increase than midst of experiment. Results of the present study showed that the suitable dose of Aqualase is 1.5 g/kg of feed.
