Abstract :
Grand Ayatollah Behjat has been one of the greatest Shia jurisprudents in the last century, and it is very important to examine his perspective on the field of politics with regard to the mediated and direct understanding of two important contemporary revolutions in the history of our country, i.e. the constitutional revolution and the Islamic revolution of Iran. is. Of course, in terms of the general type of mushrab that he had throughout his life and various social affairs, including in politics, naturally there are ambiguities regarding his views on the basic issues of concern in the field of Shia political jurisprudence; Therefore, in this article, by using analytical-descriptive method and by using library sources and reports received from their relatives, acquaintances and students regarding their practical positions and political views, we have tried as much as possible to their opinions and ideas in the field of politics and The important issues of concern to Shias in this area, i.e. "Islamic government" and "Jurisprudence", have been discussed so that we can get to some extent their political thought system, especially (as we will see in this article) considering that they insist on not shutting down the government. and religion in the age of occultation, as well as the need for jurists to pay attention to the implementation of Sharia law in this age.
