Abstract :
Management knowledge researchers believe that the most important factor of business success in organizations is organizational commitment and it is a continuous process and an attitude about employee loyalty to the organization. The aim of this study was to find the components affecting organizational commitment and business success and ranking. This research is an applied research in terms of purpose and based on data collection, qualitative and quantitative research. In this research. exploratory mixture method has been used. First through semi-structured interviews. qualitative data are collected and we follow our interviews to the theoretical saturation stage. Then. using qualitative content analysis method. a questionnaire has been prepared which is the basis of the research. After collecting quantitative data and analyzing them using FAHP and extracting the final model of the research and then ranking the components has been discussed. Three main indicators and five sub-indices were extracted. The main components among the extracted components. organizational factors ranked first environmental factors ranked second and individual factors ranked third Among the sub-indicators. the component of selection and employment ranked first, work conscience ranked second, training ranked third. compensation of employees' service ranked forth and job conditions ranked fifth.
