Study obstacles of institutionalization parties in Mashroteh age in Iran’s political culture

Abstract :
This investigation studies obstacles of institutionalization of Iran’s political parties with sociological approach. Party is an organ that established first in west societies. Social statuses and classes follow their interests from government through parties. West democracy system was best ground to growth participate political culture that parties would compete together. As the formation and consolidation of modernism in Western societies and the establishment of a democratic system, parties as socio-political institutions assumed responsibilities and functions in the structure of modern society. This situation leads to parties institutionalization and establish single, two and multi party system. In the political structure and culture of Iran in the Qajar era, people had no expectations of the political system and did not have any political institutions and national cognitive decisions. first political parties in Iran emerge near Mashroteh revolution. Kingship political system, subject political culture, traditional economy, depended enlightened and…were obstacles to party institutionalization in near Mashroteh. This investigation does by historic- documentary method.
