Abstract :
This article was done by explaining sociology as the role of civic institutions on social capital in Tehran in 2016 using a survey method and a questionnaire. Due to the breadth and complexity of urban issues, as well as gaining different experiences in the field of urban projects and programs, partnerships in order to achieve better goals of local communities, is a requirement of city management. On the other hand, it has been shown that action in its true sense requires the institutionalization and sustainability of participation. This is symmetrical with the formation of organizations and institutions of society. In other words, the expansion and deepening of popular participation requires the organization, institutionalization, and creation of appropriate structural conditions. Hypotheses of social capital, cultural and social participation, institutional validity with civil institutions A significant relationship in the regression test of the coefficient of determination of tariffs of more than 40% has been paid to social forecasts by changing civil institutions.
