Abstract :
This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of method, a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. In the first stage, the qualitative method of content analysis (deductive) has been used to collect information. The statistical population in this stage is about 80 sources in the field of professional competencies of university lecturers, which have been purposefully selected. In this study, 28 experts and faculty members of Tehran universities (full time and tuition) in the fields of educational management and higher education as a statistical sample using targeted snowball sampling method to determine the validity of the qualitative stage. were considered. At the end of the first stage, the qualitative model of professional competencies of the teachers of the University of Applied Sciences in nine dimensions of specialized knowledge competencies, teaching competencies, professional competencies competencies, professional skills competencies, professional attitude competencies, social competencies, cultural competencies, organizational knowledge competencies and communication competencies شد.
