Abstract :
The key axes of evaluating the performance of the inspection department of industry, mining and trade organizations of the country considered by the Ministry of Security.However, due to reasons such as the complexity, extent and diversity of the duties of the provinces in the market regulation sector, and on the other hand, the lack of a comprehensive model for evaluating the inspection performance of the provinces, the results of which are accepted by the majority of experts in the field of supervision and inspection, as one of the challenges facing the Ministry's evaluation system. , and has been discussed in recent years. The purpose of this article is to present and operationalize a comprehensive model for evaluating and ranking the performance of the inspection department of the provincial industry, mining and trade organizations with a fuzzy approach. In order to achieve this issue, by adopting an expert-oriented approach and using fuzzy multi-indicator decision models, the most suitable model for evaluating and ranking the performance of provincial inspection departments was presented. Based on the results of the research, macro-inspection indicators in the form of 19 indicators and a combined model of ENTROPY method and FTOPSIS method have been introduced as the most suitable model for evaluating and ranking the performance of the inspection department of the provinces.In order to measure the effectiveness of the proposed model, the provinces of the country were evaluated based on the annual performance of the inspection department, ranking, and then the extracted results were verified by experts in the supervision and inspection field of the Ministry of Security, and the cases were confirmed.issue of service quality and targeting of inspections to prevent economic violations is always known as one of the
