Method: The present study is an applied goal and uses a combination of exploratory research method to investigate and answer research questions. The study population included all specialists in the field of multicultural education curriculum in education and universities of the country. In order to sample them, targeted snowball sampling method was used. Also, in order to collect information in the first question, the method of analysis and review of relevant books and in the second and fourth questions, the interview approach was used. Results: The results obtained in the first question showed that attention to ethnicities and cultures in the goals and content of the curriculum of the first secondary school has the lowest place. In the second question, all specialists and university professors acknowledged the importance of subcultures in the curriculum. Then, based on their views, a model was designed to pay more attention to this important issue. The designed model shows that the authors and policy makers of education pay more attention to the goals and content of the curriculum regarding attention to ethnicities and cultures, which was recognized as valid by experts and those involved in education and academia.
