Identifying the Factors Affecting Organizational Growth Based on Justice in Farhangian University to Provide a Model

Abstract :
AbstractThe purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting justice-based organizational growth in Farhangian University and to provide a model. The research method is mixed-method. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect the data. The statistical population consisted of prominent and experienced professors (campus of Farhangian University of Mazandaran Province) 20 of whom were purposefully selected until saturation was reached. In the quantitative part, the statistical population included faculty members, visiting professors and tutors, and graduate staff, totaling to 256 on the campus of Farhangian University in Mazandaran Province. Out of the population 153 individuals were recruited based on the Cochran's formula and cluster random sampling. The instruments of data collection in the qualitative part was semi-structured interviews and in the quantitative part was a questionnaire (α = 0.82). Data analysis in the qualitative part utilized the Delphi technique and in the quantitative part employed structural equation modeling using SPSS and LISREL software. A total of 173 initial concept appeared that were categorized in 79 sub-categories. In the axial coding stage, the variable justice had five dimensions: procedural justice, communication justice, compensatory justice, information justice, and distributive justice. Also, the variable organizational growth had nine dimensions: feedback from within, lack of organizational structure, trust in others, partnership with others, self-constructions, motivation theory, MIS information management services, openness and transparency of the system, and cultivation and adoption. The results showed that there is a positive and significant association between organizational growth and its components, based on justice in Farhangian University
