A semi-structured interview and a researcher-made questionnaire were used to collect data. The validity of the questionnaire was estimated 0.61 using the average variance extracted, and its reliability was 0.95 and 0.86 using Cronbach's alpha and composite methods, respectively. Data were analyzed with open, axial and selective coding and structural equation modeling in SPSS-26 and PLS 3.
