Abstract :
The growing needs of consumers and their increased choice means that organizations must move in a new and creative direction. In the last decade, the world has seen significant changes. Can you imagine life without YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Wikipedia? The fact is that none of these evolutionary factors existed since the Paleolithic era. In addition to affecting our quality of life, these dramatic changes have also changed business strategies and this is where the concept of blue ocean strategy becomes more important. By creating unknown markets, the blue ocean strategy calls organizations to get out of the bloody rites of competition in which competition is meaningless. This research aims to do a field study of "the status of the implementation of blue marine strategy in Pegah dairy company in Golestan" with the customer oriented and financial dimension. This model is based on the analysis of survey responses collected from 384 Pegah dairy products companies with SPSS23. And Smart PLS3 has been tested. The results show that blue-blue strategies have an effect on the sales potential of dairy products during international sanctions, blue-blue strategies have an effect on the sales potential of dairy products, international sanctions have an effect on the sales potential of dairy products.
