Abstract :

The current research was conducted with the aim of designing the model of the effects of implementing Environmental Management Accounting and Environmental Strategy on the performance of companies by Grounded Theory. The findings of the research have been realized in three steps. The first step: library analysis; Second step: conducting interviews with 15 experts; And the third step: Coding the identified components based on Grounded theory using the Strauss and Corbin method. Finally, the research paradigm model including Causal conditions, Context conditions, Core categories, intervening factors, strategies and consequences was presented. This research is an exploratory research in terms of its purpose, and in terms of results, it is considered a basic research and uses qualitative data. It also used the targeted theoretical sampling method according to the saturation level. Validity and reliability are confirmed based on the criteria of credibility or believability. Finally, practical suggestions have been presented to managers and other stakeholders.
