Presenting a model of solutions for the indifference of employees of government sports organizations in the country

Abstract :

The aim of the current research was to present a model of the solution to the indifference of the employees of government sports organizations in the country. This research was applied in terms of purpose, which was done in a mixed way. This research is placed in the category of applied research in terms of its goal; From the point of view of the research method, it is mixed. This research was carried out in two separate stages, firstly, by using thematic analysis method, solutions were provided to solve the indifference of the employees of sports organizations, then a questionnaire was made from the findings of the qualitative part, and it was adapted to the broader part through Structural equation modeling was done. In the qualitative part, 17 interviews and in the quantitative part, 205 questionnaires were collected in a period of two months. SmartPLS version 3 software was used for data analysis. The results of the interviews for solutions to overcome the indifference of sports organization employees in the form of 3 main themes (primary, secondary and strengthening solutions), 9 sub-themes (selective, cultural, communication, managerial, educational, evaluation, organizational, support and motivation) and 31 basic themes were identified. Also, the results of structural justice modeling indicated the fit of the model and confirmed the qualitative findings. In a general conclusion, it should be mentioned that as the primary needs were raised first, planning proceeded from primary needs to secondary and then reinforcement and the order of the solutions should be followed.
