The Alienation of the Islamic Jurisprudence Discourse Based on the Thought of Imam Khomeini (RA)

Abstract :

The main aim of the research is to elaborate the alienation of political power in Jurisprudence's political Islamic thought by emphasizing the political thought of Imam Khomeini (RA) as Islam based in today's Iran, in the form of a conceptual network. n this article, an attempt was made to show the process of alienation in Imam Khomeini's jurisprudential political Islam in the form of a model using the discourse analysis method. Imam Khomeini's political thought as the explainer and architect of jurisprudential political Islam in the Islamic Republic was the central text of this research. For this purpose, by analyzing the political thought and statements of Imam Khomeini, the components of the central signifier and the floating signifiers of the discourse of pure Islam intended by him were stated in the framework of the discourse theory in order to clarify the equivalence chain of alienated concepts. By clarifying the chains of negation of the Pahlavi regime, negation of the discourse of the West and Westernization, negation of other Islams, negation of the discourse of secular nationalism, negation of dependence, colonialism and exploitation, the way is opened for detailing other issues and concepts such as monitoring political power and so on.
