Presenting a Model for Cultural Adaptation among Newcomer Employees in Multi-cultural Organization

Abstract :
The study aim is to Presenting a Model for Cultural Adaptation among Newcomer Employees In Multi-cultural Organization. Research method was descriptive and kind of survey, statistical population were included 670 people of Khuzestan Fouled Corporation Employees , Sample size of this study estimated 244 people according to Cochran sampling formula. The measuring tool has been researcher made questionnaire with 4 main dimension, 8 factor and 76 questions and using of 5 degree Likert scale. To measure validity, at the first content validity by experts and then construct validity was confirmed and relationship between questions and factors was approved. Also to assess the reliability used of Cornbrash's alpha coefficient that in this study Amount was calculated for the cultural Diversity Management 0/86, Cultural Intelligence 0/884, Organizational Socialization 0 /92 and Unity Of Person & Organization 0/891. At levels of descriptive statistics was used of frequency, percentage, cumulative percentage, mean, standard deviation and inferential statistics of independent Sample t-test, ANOVA and structural equation modeling... Demographic findings showed that there is significant relationship between cultural Diversity Management, Cultural Intelligence, Organizational Socialization and Unity of Person & Organization and cultural Adaptation among newcomer Employees in Multi-cultural Organization at Khuzestan Fouled Corporation Employees
