Abstract :
The aim of this study was to analyze the factors affecting sustainable creativity in the sports and youth offices. The research method was descriptive-correlational. Official and contract staff of the sports and youth offices in the western region of the country comprised 490 people statistical populations of this study. For sampling, all provincial centers were considered as a comprehensive system. A statistical sample size of 330 was considered sufficient for the model test. Sampling was done by available method and the research tool was a questionnaire extracted from the qualitative part of the research (systematic exploration: 14 interviews). Content validity and reliability as well as construct validity of the questionnaire were confirmed. Also, confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis and Amos software version 24 were used for analysis. Findings of this study The effect of environmental factors on individual creativity, the effect of individual factors on individual creativity, the effect of individual factors on group creativity, the effect of individual creativity on group creativity, the effect of environmental factors on group creativity, the effect of organizational factors on group creativity, the effect of organizational factors Demonstrated on organizational creativity. Based on this, it is inferred that enabling sustainable creativity in the sports and youth offices requires a lot of individual and group creative behaviors and at the same time, individual, environmental and organizational factors affecting the creativity of that ministry need to be strengthened.
