Abstract :
The purpose of this research is modeling and managerial identification to discover the talent of young people in attracting and developing professional sports. which was done in a mixed method based on the advanced onion model. Considering that the third layer of the onion model refers to the selection of the researcher's strategy, the foundation's data theory strategy was chosen. In order to collect information in a library, documents, books, articles, and interviews were conducted with 12 experts who were selected by snowball sampling method. Then, in order to determine the sample size of the quantitative part, the number of questions in the questionnaire was multiplied by 5 and 335 were obtained. And in the design of the model from the theory of Strauss and Corbin (1998) by integrating the talent management model of Phillips and Roper (2009) with the addition of one factor by Najiri et al. (2014) and the addition of three factors by the researcher of this article, the initial model was designed. Content validity index (CVI=0.945) was used to check validity. Cronbach's alpha was used to check reliability and its value was 0.986. Finally, confirmatory factor analysis and Friedman's test were conducted using Amos version 23 software. The fit indices showed that the model has a good fit and the identified factors are effective in attracting and developing professional sports.
