Abstract :
Abstract
This study sought to identify and validate the indicators of the organizational structure in the bank according to the vision and missions of Melli Bank. This study was applied and developmental in terms of method and mixed research with an exploratory approach in terms of method. In the qualitative section, the Delphi method was used, and in the quantitative section, it was a descriptive survey type. The statistical population of the study included all managers and employees of the Melli Bank of Kerman province. Their number in 2019 was 435 people. In the qualitative section, 30 people were selected purposefully, and in the quantitative section, 380 people were selected using a convenience sampling method. The data collection tool in the qualitative section was documents and interviews, and in the quantitative section, it was a 132 questions of organizational structure redesign with a validity of 0.87, a reliability of 0.963. To analyze the data, one-sample t-test of structural equation modeling was used in SPSS and AMOS22 software. The results revealed that the indicators of the organizational structure approach in the bank IT affairs, organizational affairs, support affairs, branch affairs, human resources affairs and finance. The model had an acceptable fit.
