The relationship work conscience, job satisfaction, and productivity of saveh: A case study

Abstract :
This aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction, work Conscience, and productivity of teachersin first and second levels of high schools in Saveh, Iran. The research was descriptive and of correlational type method Data collection was carried out through 3 standard questionnaires: (a) saurian and Javadpourshirvans (2012) work Conscience; (b) Viswesvaran et al (1998) job satisfaction; and (c) Hersey and Goldsmiths (1980) productivity. The reliability 265 out of 850 teachers were selected via Morgan table and through stratified random sampling of the questionnaires was measured through Cronbach Alpha as over 0.7 content validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by experts in the field data analysis was done through SPSS software in two aspects of descriptive and inferential (Pearson correlation). Findings showed that there were significant relationship between job satisfaction, work Conscience, productivity of teachers of first and second levels of high school in Saveh city in Iran.
