Abstract :
Abstract: In this research, investigation relationship between organizational intelligent on employment efficiency in Azad university in Tehran shargh. The goal is to study the relation between dimensions and organizational intelligence constituents on exploitation rate of the staff who work in Azad University situated in the East of Tehran. The statistical society which was studied in this research in cludes all the staff and members of faculty of Azad university situated in the east of Tehran and they consist of 190 employees and 181 faculty members. For determining the sample volume out of this number, 200 people were chosen based on the Kogesi and Morgan tables and its certainty level was95%.In this research, besides library studies for achieving record of research and theoretical discussions, standard questionnaires are used for collecting needed information which are distributed among staff of Azad university situated in the East of Tehran 12 1393 and they are distributed based on the number of number of statistical sample. About variable of organizational intelligence, organizational intelligence questionnaires of karl Albersht (2003have been used) .This variable has six constituents and each constituent includes six items such as strategic landscape, common destiny, desire for change, morale, agreement and unity and application of knowledge and performance. Also, for evaluating exploitation, 31item questionnaire of Achieve Basteh was used which was in the scale of Likert measurement and includes constituents such as ability, occupational recognition and visibility, evaluation and giving feedback , organizational support, decisions validity and motivation and environment. The results referring to the main question of research show that correlation between these two variables is equal to 0/868 and determination coefficient is equal to 0/754 and in the meaningful level, it is 0/000 and f is equal to 0/754. Then regression equation is meaningful based on statistics and there is a positive and direct relation between these two variables. About the minor questions of research following the study of relation between dimensions and constituents of organizational intelligence on the exploitation of staff of Azad University situated in the East of Tehran, results show that in all cases correlation coefficient is high and equation of regression becomes meaningful
