Abstract Knowledge about life quality situation for women who are the head of the household under the municipal region 12 will pay your attention to itself. This research was done on 278 women who are the head of the household under the municipal region 12 in Tehran in 1393. By paying attention to the subject, it was used of correlation way from descriptive researches types and information was used by means of inventory: 1. World health organization of life quality inventory with four ingredients physical health, mental health, social relations and environment health. And also resulted conclusions were tested by multivariate regression and t single group method that are consisted of: By paying attention to the gained average (2.92) about women who are the head of the household life quality evaluating we can say that gained average show relatively average of life quality, that by paying attention to its different dimensions the highest average is related to physical health ingredient (3/02) and the lowest average is related to environment ingredient (2/79) of women who are the head of the household. So by paying attention to recent research statistical data, by improving the situation of each four ingredients such as physical health, mental health, social relations and environment health women who are the head of the household life quality conditions also become better. That it confirms recent research model.
