Abstract :

Abstract The purpose of conducting the present study was to investigate the relationship between social intelligence and social health among women working in Karaj Welfare Organization. In the present study, using random sampling 170 women working in Karaj Welfare Organization in 2015 were selected as sample group and provided with Tet social intelligence (2008) and Keynesian social health questionnaires. For data analysis, statistical methods of Pearson correlation coefficient test and regression analysis have been used. The results obtained in this study show that a significant relationship is found between emotional intelligence and social health among women working in Karaj Welfare Organization (P> 0.05).
