Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of organizational culture on resilience of manpower in Sharif University of Tehran. The purpose of the research was applied and in terms of data collection method, it was descriptive-survey. The statistical population of this research includes all employees of Sharif University of Tehran in 1352 people. The sample size was selected using Morgan table and by simple random sampling 300 employees were selected. In this study, two questionnaires were used. A. Denison's Organizational Culture Questionnaire (2000) and (b) Resilience Questionnaire (Connor and Davidson). These questionnaires are standard and their validity has been verified by various scholars. The results of the research using Structural Equation Modeling and Spss and Lisrel software revealed that organizational culture affects the resilience of manpower at Tehran's Sharif University. The results also indicated that participation (engagement in work), integration (adaptation or similarity), adaptability and mission or mission on resilience of manpower in Tehran's Sharif University.
