Abstract :
The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational intelligence and organizational learning with the efficiency of education departments in Tehran, which has been done by correlation method. The statistical population of the study is the staff of educational departments of Tehran city. Among them, 323 people were selected by simple random sampling method using Karzsey and Morgan table. The instrument used for data collection was the organizational intelligence questionnaire of Karl Albrecht (2003), Zali organizational learning (1385), and Aichi Manpower productivity. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the professors of Roodehen Branch and their reliability was confirmed by initial implementation In a sample of 30 individuals, this figure was calculated to be 0.90, 0.76, 0.84, respectively. The results were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics (Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Pearson correlation coefficient). The results of this research showed that there is a significant relationship between organizational intelligence and productivity in educational institutions of Tehran. There is a significant relationship between organizational learning and productivity in educational institutions of Tehran.
